How do you customize FLASH website templates?

Question
Specifically, I just want to add a link to my flash template that links to an html folder which contains a slideshow. Can someone assist?

Oh, and one more thing...please note that I am very much a non-techy type of person so it would help if someone would descibe it in a very basic way.

2. Set "file name" and "html title";
3. Resize output flash slideshow;
4. Click button "Create flash" and them copy the output code to your hmtl file and publish;
